I am fortunate that my journey through academia to earn my Ph.D. and my CoachRICE leadership coaching certification have provided me with the necessary knowledge of communication and leadership theories and strategies to effectively coach my clients. I understand that no two clients are the same, and the unique perspective and situation of each client will determine which coaching model(s) and approach we take together.  

As a leadership coach, I believe in the power of self-awareness and self-care to drive successful and sustainable leadership. I help leaders tap into their own unique strengths and values to create a vision and strategy that align with their personal goals and values. Together, we work to develop the skills and strategies needed to embrace difference, extend patience and focus on understanding with the people you lead and manage. By taking care of yourself, you will be able to lead and inspire others to do the same, making a difference in the world. It's time to lead from a place of authenticity and self-awareness.

How do I invite difference in my coaching?

I understand that each client has an identity and perspective that is unique and inherently valued. It is my responsibility to coach each client, respecting their identity and doing what I can to understand their worldview. From the beginning of the coaching relationship, I employ a patient approach, taking the necessary time and effort to understand what their goals are and why they matter.
